We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives on a casual/part-time basis. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, processing orders, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Greeting and assisting customers
Answering phone calls and emails
Processing sales and returns
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store
Reporting issues or feedback to the supervisor

High school diploma or equivalent
Good communication skills in Arabic and English (preferred)
Friendly and professional attitude
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
No prior experience required – training will be provided
